Every rouble has a job
Every Rouble is a personal budget based on the YNAB method: give the money you have a job before you spend it. Plan everyday expenses, save for future purchases and irregular costs, and adjust your plan when circumstances change. Goals, credit cards, multiple currencies and reports help you see the whole picture. The app interface is in Russian.

Features
Budget and goals
Assign money, move it between categories and cover overspending. Weekly goals and goals by a date, with repeat and pause. The “Fund goals” button spreads the money for you.
Two ways to group categories
By type of expense and by income source: you can see what is paid from the salary and what from the advance payment.
Multiple currencies
Accounts and categories in their own currency. Amounts are converted to roubles at Bank of Russia rates.
Credit cards, loans, mortgages
Credit card payments are counted separately from spending. Loans and mortgages come with an early repayment calculator.
Bank SMS and notifications
The Android app picks up messages from banks and sorts transactions into categories by itself. Uncertain ones wait in the “To review” block.
Import and export
Bank statements in CSV and Excel, history transfer from YNAB, export of all data to CSV and JSON.
Reports
“Spending”, “Payees”, “Income and expenses”, “Net worth” and “Sources”. Any report can be downloaded for Excel.
Family and roles
One budget for everyone, each with their own sign-in and permissions. Two-factor sign-in protects the account.
Offline, in two themes
You can record a purchase without a connection. Light and dark themes, keyboard shortcuts and undo for up to 30 steps.

Data is stored on our server; a backup is made once a day and kept for 30 days.
