Where you are needed
The main screen shows only the messages that need action. Every message gets a summary and a ready action: reply, add to tasks, add to calendar, save to notes.
How it works
Mail sorted by what to do with it
“Needs me”, “For reference”, “Come back later”, “Done” and “All mail” for the last 30 days.
One main action for every message
Reply, add to tasks, add to calendar, save to a note or archive. Inside the message there is a “Briefly” summary, plus the meetings and tasks found in it.
A draft reply from your instruction
You can change the tone: “shorter”, “more formal”, “warmer”, “in English”. A message is sent only when you choose to send it.
Newsletters, notifications and receipts kept apart
Background mail is grouped into streams with a digest. “Archive all” clears a whole stream, and you can undo it.
Gestures in any list
Swipe right to archive, left to delete. A long swipe right sends the message to GTDist, a long swipe left snoozes it.
Works offline
Actions are queued and carried out once the connection is back. Light and dark themes are included.
What goes out for analysis and what does not
- Stays on the phone
- Your messages and the keys to your mailbox. The app talks to Gmail directly.
- Goes out for analysis
- Sender, recipients, subject, date, message text without quotes and signatures, attachment names and types.
- Never leaves
- The attachments themselves. Server logs are kept without message content.
- The “Do not send to AI” list
- By default it includes labs, banks and government services. Such messages are sorted by rules on the device.
Summaries are prepared by the DeepSeek language model; requests go through our server.
Closed beta in progress
The app runs on Android 10 and later and works with Gmail only for now. Write to us and we will send you the build and instructions.
